These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jili128 ("jili128," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jili128 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at jili128.vip (the "Platform").

• Not a jili128 Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of jili128 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

jili128 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jili128 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access real-money gaming on jili128, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

jili128 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law.

All financial transactions on the jili128 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jili128 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Supported Payment Methods: jili128 currently supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank for both deposits and withdrawals. Payment methods available to you may vary based on your location and account verification status.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day.
• Withdrawal Verification: jili128 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Pending Bonus Wagering: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. jili128 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 to dormant account balances, subject to prior notice to the registered email address.

jili128 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.

All games available on the jili128 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all games:

• Random Number Generators: All slot games and virtual table games on jili128 use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are subject to regular independent audits under PAGCOR compliance requirements.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one player account, whether under your own name or using false identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live casino games.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the jili128 Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act or any other applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and the chargeback amount recovered from any remaining balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili128 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond jili128's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

jili128's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili128 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Determination that you are ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., under 21, located in a prohibited jurisdiction, or subject to a self-exclusion order).

Upon termination of your account for cause, jili128 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your jili128 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to jili128.

jili128 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jili128 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jili128 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and jili128, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact jili128 support to initiate the dispute resolution process. jili128 will acknowledge your dispute within five (5) business days and aim to provide a resolution within thirty (30) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents jili128 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
